The first time back in SP, and it's my first time driving there!
friday evening, while i was sitting on Lakshmi's car, on our way to Queensbay for a long awaited shopping trip, suddenly i felt my phone vibrating. i was shocked, looking at the 3 missed calls, from a very familiar person. so i called him bk immediately, and the first sentence he shouted: 'walao do u know i called u until my hp is going to burst?'. haha! then he asked me to go dinner together, he was at BM, the town where i am staying.
'BUT... i am on my way to penang island for shopping.' i replied. then he sounded a bit disappointed.
in the end of the day, he messaged me. he was sad because he purposely came from alor setar to bm just to surprise me and hv dinner together. but he ended up eating alone.
i felt really sorry for him. and very touched too.
it is really nice to have a friend who thought of giving u a surprise like this.
too bad i already had plans with colleague. >.<
so the next day, i decided to meet up with him. as compensation. well, actually, i was just too bored staying in, with nothing to do. so we decided to meet in SP.
after 5 years of studying in SP, i've never drive there.
after i've graduated, i thought, perhaps, i'll never hv the chance to come bk to this place.
who would have thought that, i am back there, driving around the roads, that seemed familiar, but i'll still get lost. lol! now only i realised Amanjaya Mall is nearer to North tol, while i used the South tol and need to drive one big round around SP town to get there.
travelling around the town, with all those memories filling in.
曾经，village mall, tesco, central square, 是我们每个周末最喜欢待的地方。
who would have know, we could spend hours and hours, just inside tesco.
haha!
and then, just a few months before finishing my studies there, finally a better mall, Amanjaya Mall opened.
so, it became me and Lesley's favourite hang out spot.
i still remember, we spend our 121212 in BlackWood Cafe, we brought our books and notes to study in Chatime(and we hated the advertisement they keep replaying all the time. lol), we had Sushi King for lunch before my cheer practice, she bought her Po there. etc etc etc.
those are the good old times. =)
well, back to topic, we decided to eat lunch at Spring Leaf.

what made me even happier was, he agreed to go sing k with me!!!
eventhough he keep saying he dono how to sing, never go sing b4 la.. blablabla... but he still agreed, i thk bcz he saw the glare of excitement in my eyes!
it has been sooooooooo freaking long since the last time i sing k!
omg i was really so happy and excited! finally can go sing k!

what to do? really too long never sing. felt like i dono how to sing, at all. sighhh... i must go practice more! =P
